SUP Yoga? Easy as bro, you just balance on your paddleboard, one leg, handstand, no problem . Have a watch of the sup yoga workout lesson and see how long you can stay dry for. Not sure what you’re meant to do with your SUP paddle & I’d recommend NOT doing this at sea in an offshore breeze, who knows where you’ll find yourself after coming up from a downward dog!
